I received my B.Sc. in Informatics (2003), M.Sc. (2005) in Computer Science and Ph.D. (2012) in Computer Science from the Department of Informatics, AUEB. I worked under the supervision of Prof. George Polyzos. I am currently with the Distributed Systems Group at TU Wien, Austria. Prior to that, I was a researcher with the Communication Systems Department at EURECOM (Sophia Antipolis, France), and with team DIONYSOS at IRISA/INRIA (Rennes, France), which I joined under an ERCIM "Alain Bensoussan" post-doctoral fellowship.

Ph.D. thesis: User-centrism in wireless networking.

Research interests: Wireless/Mobile Networking, Cloud and Edge Computing, IoT Architectures and Systems, Internet Multimedia, Network Security.
